The Importance of Using Dumbbells in Training

I feel like so much of Greg Glassman's advice, the, the really pieces that the community needed just came a little bit too late. The dumbbell is a better indicator of someone's imbalances left to right strength mobility, all that. It also has way more versatility and from the positions of the grip and you can place it for your shoulder,. Right? Grip strength, you know, you want more pullups. You should be able to hold two dumbbells that are 50% at a minimum of weight in your hands for 60 plus seconds. If I could go back, I would have never given this kipping thing as much green light as I did. Like,
