WordPress started experimenting with this alternative way of doing FAQ automation. We quickly saw that, hey, this NLG thing could make our lives much easier going in the future. And maybe we should start reconsidering how we do intent or at least FAQ automation. This is really what started the ARND process at WordPress, of researching MLMs and finding an alternative to intent.
