I like a good, I love dessert drinks that have heavy cream in them. If I ever make a grasshopper for anybody, they love it. The first time I heard someone order a perfect Manhattan, I thought they were just being a really difficult customer. There's a lot of labor intensive. There's blenders and all this stuff. You're getting involved. It's worth it.
