When I wrote programs, you get similar results. You have a distribution of exercise, a distribution of volumes. And so it really became reassuring that I was getting these same patterns appearing in the programming without me starting from the top. Yeah. The workouts make much more, the workouts, I feel are much more productive. It's just kind of interesting. I like the discovery and the learning process. But yeah, once you've had that point, you've kind of reached, you've reached another level of programming mastery.
