One of the worst mistakes you can make at this point right now is not be looking at your first half pipe line. Get yourself some time off. Reflection is really, really key for leaders. I mean, i'm a person i don't love writing in my journal but i know if i do it, it's going to put money in the bank for my energy and the way i'm able to serve and support my team.
