The insight led approach to selling is based on, you know, doing the research. We wouldn't have found out that some of the key issues issues were if we hadn't done the research. Without spending time with the cus mers, without spending time with nurses and doctors, we wouldn't have actually felt what was going on. So it's really important with research to use the right tool for the right purpose.
