Negotiation Books - What Do You Think They Get Wrong?

There are many different negotiation books that have been written over the years. One of thing i think this book will help you with in terms of is educating the other side to help them understand what's really going on. I used to think when i was younger, that i always want o negotiate with somebody who's not very smart. Not on id. The smarter the person i'm negotiating with, the easier it was to get to a deal - especially a good wind, wind deal where i'm winning but they're coming away happy as well.
