What if the Platform and the Client Have an Agreement on the Full Price?

If the client and the platform have an agreement about how much, call it be oak project work the liket, just a cap a hundred thousand dollars. If they come up with that agreement in advance, in advance of you actually sending a proposal, then it won't affect the decision. I think anything, i think not knowing the deal before they make a purchase decision will be really problematic.
