I've Filtered Out a Lot of Things to Protect My Attention
i've noticed the benefit that i've done a couple of things. Being able to filter out and therefore a focus on one topic at a time, rather than splitting self across maybe three or four different things. Imy, on my phone, i have removed from the home page of my phone. There is not one single social a network, no linked in, facebook a, none of it. And this has brought me so much peace and calm. Another quick one before i ask you for yours, is a the last two week ends. I have done no emal on both saturday and sunday. So i work up to a kind of a megarine box on monday
