How Long Do Your Campaigns Take to Develop and Launch?

Simon and Claire at the top but I'm going to take Claire's question because it was one that sort of came to my mind to while watching which was in terms of timeframes how long do your campaigns take to develop and launch. Do you plan for a more longer term slash year-long campaign messaging or more seasonal slash reaction or campaigns and do you use this process every time you plan a campaign whether it's short or long term and then put some brackets sorry there's multiple
