The Challenge Is Mixed Mode

Mixed mode is the name that's been given when some are in the office and some are at home. Some firms have tried to solve this by making everybody join remotely, even when they're at the office. The problem with having people, john and their lap tops in the office is, as he said, why comin in the first place?
