The Importance of Culture and Razor Paste
Razor pay has a very very strong focus on culture. We were clear that this is the right kind of culture that we would want to work with. There are no cabins in the office and there are no curtains in the office. Most of our discussion will happen on slack public channels and not on private channels. A lot of these are choices there's no right and wrong but just that we were clear about it.
