If there's nothing that you can really do to get rid of your mood, if there's no work that needs to be done, then go do something that you enjoy. Call up a friend. Go on a run. Just do things that you know are going to get your mind off of where you are. A bad day is going to happen once in a while and that's okay. You don't need to make a bad day mean anything other than you're human. It's totally fine. Bad days happen. And so just know that that productivity is going to come back.
