Each time you go back and forth, that insula is like a muscle. And eventually after many, many times exercising in other areas, the anterior singular cortex, then gets exercised and they get buffer. So just send your focus to listening. And thoughts will come. You go. It's one thing mindfulness does do because you can watch your thoughts without getting involved. I mean, that's the trick.
