Is There a Shift Away From Shady Sales Behavior?
I'm wondering like to what extent is some of this shift away from maybe like shadier sales behavior also a consequence of having more like transparency in the market. There's just a lot of public forums out there, right, nothing stopping anybody from posting something negative about a company if they have a bad experience in enterprise software as well. The other component too is I think that this is a little bit negative but unfortunately buyers have also been burned. It's obviously a quantitative exercise as well and it's very much baked and research and, you know, all of that,. But there's also a limit to how much the human mind can absorb from just those activities.
