The Sunk Cost Fallacy in Relationships

The sunk cost fallacy is something that I think we all deal with. It's the same sort of thing that's happening in relationships, right? Like you've spent three years with somebody and that's and maybe you feel like these are like some of your prime years. And so you are going to be like, I'm going to stay with this person because of all the time and energy, maybe even money, emotional labor that you've put into this relationship. So I'm just like, I spent $18 on this burrito. I need the whole thing.
