I think it's so important that you hire the right people. You can't hirry somebody who came from a company too big tus lor of hiring somebody who is from a big brand company. When i hire now, i care more about how much there can be a swiss army knife then what company they worked up before. But if you ask the parner lawfirm about their top three customers, customer accounts, they go to dinner together and know each other's kids. I think if you bring that level of customers service based into soft water, you gon be able to do a lot more for your customers.
