Strength Training - The Absolute Absolutes

The only two things i would say is some som some degree of progressive overload and some degree of specificity for, you know, whatever movements or exercises you want to get stronger on. With am strength training in general, there's, there's some absolutes, like progressive overload and stuff like that. A other other than that, you'r getting into the realm where it's just matters of degree, like some something maybe more effective than something else,. but nothing is like, purely indispensable.
