People are already doing some level of revenue R&D subconsciously because it makes total sense. They're just doing it without a structure without a proper way to measure and track programs. Companies resist basically anything that's new or different, so I actually treat it as a good sign if people aren't pushing back on a concept That means we're not pushing it enough.
