Adding Electrolites to Your Runs

The electrolite i've been using for the better part of the last year or too, is a element they they make these little sashes that have actually los 12 hundred 60 milligrams of electrolites in total in their little packet. So one of those lasts me about two leters of fluid during a run, or if i'm adding extra electrolites to my day, a two leaters worth of that. They also have a some chocolate flavored ones that sometimes i'll put in coffee in the morning, if i'm going to go out for a longer run and not eat anything beforehand. S just kind of how i'll all manage that.
