The magic of CrossFit is when you're around other people and you're pushing yourself hard. Rich Froning does 95 pound thrusters and a Kipping Chest to Bar pullups with his heart rate on the screen next to him doing it. For me, I'd be at 180. He's a rig 125 130 because he trains at these intensities. Therefore, when he's doing that, what's almost impossible for the rest of us, it's a walk in the park. The idea is why Chris Hensch is so good is because he's selecting speeds and times that are pushing you at those speeds and times.
