How to Train the Most Oxidative Fibers

The type 1 fibers have the most oxidative properties there is no discussion about it they are thinner more robust than the faster muscles fibers. They recover faster can contain more oxidative enzymes and burn more fats over time. If you train them at their maximum capacity to deal it intramuscular and not shift a lot to the bloodstream I think that is a very efficient way to train the most oxidative fibers mostly type one fibers. It helps to achieve or maintain a training density distribution that is in favor of a lot of easy work.
