Should You Keep Your Orthotics?

A lot of people become a little bit too reliant on orthotics and they do have say foot or ankle pain put in an orthotic. Some research out there does show their orthotic use results in atrophy, meaning weakness of muscles inside the feet. So I would be cautious to just jump out of it, right? But you never go cold turkey for something like this for sure.
