Is Intercom Building Its Own Model?

The scale that these models are trained on at the moment, it doesn't seem to make economic sense for like every company that's in Intercom size to be trading their own models. So a lot of these new models are trained like reinforcement learning with human feedback to train with fine tuning. Probably the cost of doing that will come down over time. We'll be able to customize them more to our specific use cases. But I think there's going to be a lot of degrees of freedom there for companies to kind of take these models and somehow or other customized and productize them for their area. And yeah, you know, it's at the early days of productization of this technology.
