I like to go off perceived effort to me that's a really good way to develop your skills as a as a swimmer. and when you incorporate the variable pace in threshold sets can you explain that a little bit more sort are you working from something if if you see a sss marker for examplesomething that is a little bit slower than css do something that's a little bit faster than css then just alternating through or how what would an example set be? I'm a big fan of perceived effort because you can get really good at um yeah finding the right place when you when you race so those sort of sets can helpYeah it's not like 90 percent of your css sort
