Exercise Can Help With Insomnia

Exercising at the right time could actually help your body trigger all the right mical so that you can sleep at night. Good sleepers often don't spend a ton of time in the bedroom. But people with insomnia, i find, lik, how long do you spend in the bedroom? So then your body doesn't know that it's a place of sleep. It thinks in e place where you just wake up and lounge. And eventually your body will just shut down because it's just sick of the back and forth.
