This is also compounded by all kinds of stuff that we've talked about on the 3DMJ podcast before,. like the recovery diet or reverse diet and the pressure to be lean. So anyway, I'm here with Coach Brad Loomis, coach Jeff Albertz and our silent but amazing producer of sorts, Andrew Valdez. And yeah, we're just going to talk about how we do this, I guess both as athletes ourselves because I know we've all struggled with this and also how we do it with our own athletes.
