In the course of this conversation, if there are one or two little practices that you do regularly in order to drop into that feeling of connection with another person. I like to talk about bodyfulness as well, as embodied mindfulness. And I think now the centrality of the body is being recognized. When I have thoughts that are going on, when I'm getting ready to do a session, I'll look at the thoughts but more importantly, I go to what's going on in my body.
