You can't run concurrent projects and products until you have a team not only a team but two teams that can really act autonomously. This is why I don't understand entrepreneurs that build so many products when they're just one person. The right time to add another product to your product suite or the right time to do multiple things at the same time is It depends on what type of company you are.

Are you indecisive? Struggle to make fast decisions? History of poor choices? Put things off? Resort to "other peoples thinking" or following the crowd? We are the sum of our choices.
