Antrue: There is no such thing as a mesure of safety. So everything we have are indicators. They show the presence or absence of safety. And so when we talk about leading and lagging, it's never leading safety or lagging safety. We need to ask,leading and lagging compared to what? Antrue: Your intuition about this doesn'ta s work. Yet i really like that definition because it gives us a really clear understanding of what it is that weare actually doing.
