There's so many variables that are going on in the mix of things you it's hard to be confident especially as someone more advanced. Hypertrophy is a super hard problem to solve because if you sort of think about hypertrophy hypertrophy is not an outcome where it's like super obvious things are going in the right direction but sometimes they aren't. The bottleneck for you is different than the bottleneck for another person mechanistically and how that fits into the equation is unknown what I'm trying to say is that a tool where for example let's take some of the proxies that are currently out there could give you a better decision-making kind of tool.
