I run mine just a few PSI lower. I weigh a little bit more than her. So, you know, yeah, I think she dropped a couple of PSI. No inserts. We tried their inserts last year and it worked great. The tire, insert combination was really, really hard to get the tire off. And so for me, I've had good luck out there.
