The Importance of Speed Training
The strength goes to jumps and the jumps feels the strength. Tommy Kona did a lot of bent over rows. You just spent in the Chinese using 25-pound plates for rear double work. We have 14, 14 year old jump on a 58. Do that? That's easy. But she went to Columbia real smart. And one big lifting is speed strength, it got to be very explosive. And that's why jumps are so important. They go hand in hand.
