There's two phases. I call them in the book Power phases because you can power up on all your biohacking tools. And that's goes from day one to day 10 of your menstrual cycle. Then we have another little blip after ovulation, which is about day 16, day 15. You know, every woman does this differently to day 19. So there's another like four days period where you could go into the longer fast I'm talking about between ovulation and menstruation. Or the week before your period, which is really your premenstrual time,. We call it the luteal phase, which we can talk about in a moment.
