People should practice Tai Chi. Find a good Tai Chi instructor who's not just going to teach you the choreography but talk about your weight and your balance and your energy. You can literally train these cells to become better at their job through practice. And again, you have to find a really good teacher. I stopped practicing yoga as my balance got worse and worse and worse. Like I fall over because my muscles and bones and joints are having to compensate for the fact that my brain does not know what to do. So yoga is extremely hard for me.
