Nephrology - Protein to Creatine Ratio Reflex Test?
Dr. Matt Sparks is the APD for Duke nephrology. He says urine protein to creatinine ratio, or UPCR, should be used as more of a screening test. Dr. Sparks: If we could have a reflexive test to hit every time you have a trace or any one plus two plus three plus protein area on the dipstick, you automatically get that ratio.
