Sleep is so important to your anxiety levels and doing what you can to prioritize sleep could have a really positive impact on feeling calmer. Work factors can also play a massive role when it comes to anxiety. Most people need seven to nine hours but I'm definitely on a nine hour scale, nearer to nine hours. That's when I feel my best.
