Runners should lift heavy, i think, and lower reps. The adaptation that brings to muscles is different to running. Under like, greater dress is where the muscles get a whole different type of workout. 80 20 doesn't work on lower mileage but it still works even at lower edge. Andd you know, maybe this is one for the joy plan. Do what makes you happy.
