My personality is naturally that way. I would probably say I'm so pretty low compared to most. But I spend a lot of time working on it. We do that not only for myself, but we do that kind of internally at Drift with other managers, leaders and individual contributors. It's important part of how we work is understanding and being transparent about what works for me versus what works for you.
