The Social History of Literacy Training in China
In 1925, we still see the target group of its least real training was still somehow relatively limited. It focused upon those individuals between the ages of 14 and 30. We see this local circumstance and the place of the party in national politics influence its shifting priority in literacy training. And people employed these literacy training programs as opportunities to develop or enact their relationships with different people and multiple communities. That's the reason the goals and strategies of these programs changed in a context with these changing contexts.
