Exercise doesn't help with weight loss, but exercise is actually a different lever to pull. I think that focusing on no strength training, as we know, like with regard to promoting. And i hate strength training. That's even something i personally like. The official recommendation is, you know, a hundred and 20 minutes per week of moderate intensity exercise. But in general from a cartibascular standpoint, i think the combination of both is probably the healthiest.
