The question becomes what kind of an environment can leaders create so that we can have a safe place for people to have conversations and make meaning together without casting judgment on each other. No matter your political opinion, you probably think your workplace sucks. So while you might feel divided from people with different political beliefs, you can rally around there's a way to make your workplace better.
