Using a Deprioritized Training Phase
The first thing you needed to find and obviously different individuals could define this differently, which I think is part of the whole individualization thing. What is a successful outcome look like in each kind of stage A, which would be deprioritization and then B would be prioritization. And so with that, you can tweak and talk, uh, tweak and adjust training variables within the deprioritized phase for a different lift or muscle group. Now when we switch to prioritization, obviously, what we're looking for is a meaningful increase in the rate of progress relative to what we saw in the deprioritisation phase.
