There are things that we kind of have to do, right? There are things that are positive outcomes and if we don't do them, they have negative outcomes. So for example, brushing your teeth. It's like queen bee behavior. You've got to do this behavior. And part of you wants to and part of it is not fun. The key there is you can't adjust the motivation a little bit but it really comes down to how to make this so easy to do.
