But maybe you could reiterate your view on carbs and endurance sport. For me, the literature is pretty simple and pretty solid. If you want to do high intensity efforts, you want to get up, you know, sprint,. finish or remote in stage or anything that's got a degree of intensity to it, we're going to need to feel it on carbohydrates.
