How to Make Connections Positively

I'm happy to like not continue a friendship if I don't feel like I am actually enjoying spending time with that person. It just goes back to the negative self-talk thing right like your inner critic is like telling you XYZ yeah but it's bullying. You could have 20 people that you love in a door and still want them to be there to be happy for you on that day. People can also look at you and be like wow you know you're so lucky because you have an imbell like best friend with twin or two sisters.
