Introduction

Every relationship is full of bumps and bruises. If you are shaken by the behaviour or words of some one else, what comes out of you is what was already inside of you. A lot of people have experienced recently, even real catastrophic and earthquake events in their life. What i'm talking about are the minor day to day bumps and bruises that come in dealing with people. Scripture tells us the problem, the main problem is me, myself  and i want to give her a really big caviot so that no one hears me saying something that iam not saying.
