The Differences Between Gomendal and SESIPI's Literacy Training Strategies
SESIPI was more successful in engaging a large number of Chinese people in their literacy programs compared to Gomendal. So I'm wondering did this flexibility continue after 1949? Yeah, I think that's very important. The whole winter schooling program in 1944 basically allocate this idea of laboring people create the world and also legitimize a villagers' desire to become rich. And so that's the reason why we see a better reception while villagers towards 1944 program.
