Sleep trackers can generate huge anxiety. We don't really know if we've had lots of slow wave or lots of rem sleep. If people are selectively deprived, they show a bit more anxiety during the day. But what's happened is that a large sector have become very anxious about their sleep. And so i get very frustrated, because as a society, we're becoming more sensitive to the importance of sleep.
