In the eighties and nineties, we came up with a sort of these three pillars that most comprehensively talk about the different facets of intellectual property. You probably have heard of a licensing metric, a value metric. These are all terms that relate back to the quantity field of the contract. But in fact, they describe the ultimate range of deals that the sales team might be dealing with on the sales floor.
